请大家帮看看以下的翻译该如何表达会好点呢？主要的红色字体部分
Apply to the plate 5 µl of each solution. Develop over a path of 15 cm using the lower layer of a mixture of equal volumes of concentrated ammonia R, methanol R and methylene chloride R. Allow the plate to dry in air and spray with ninhydrin solution R1. Heat at 110°C for 5 min. The principal spot in the chromatogram obtained with the test solution is similar in position, colour and size to the principal spot in the chromatogram obtained with the reference solution (a). The identification test is not valid unless the chromatogram obtained with reference solution (b) shows two clearly separated spots.
吸取上述各种溶液各5µl，分别点于同已硅胶G薄层板上，以氯仿-甲醇-浓氨溶液（1：1：1）混合液底层为展开剂，展开，晾干，喷以茚三酮显示剂，在110°C加热5分钟，供试品主斑点颜色和位置应与对照品（a）相同。
对照溶液（b）中得到2各分离清晰的斑点则证明该鉴别是有效的。

上述溶液各点样5 µl。将等体积的浓氨溶液、甲醇和二氯甲烷混合，取下层溶液作为展开剂展开，展距为15cm。
PS.methylene chloride是二氯甲烷，不是氯仿（三氯甲烷）。

The principal spot in the chromatogram obtained with the test solution is similar in position, colour and size to the principal spot in the chromatogram obtained with the reference solution (a).
供试品主斑点位置、颜色和大小应与对照溶液（a）中的主斑点相似。
PS.不要写对照品（a）。因为只有一个对照品，对照溶液（a）和对照溶液（b）都是用同一对照品配制出来的。

The identification test is not valid unless the chromatogram obtained with reference solution (b) shows two clearly separated spots.
若对照溶液（b）薄层色谱图中的两个斑点未完全分离，则该鉴别试验无效。
PS.在TLC和HPLC中，clearly separated就是指几个斑点/色谱峰完全分离。
